I am happy to aid and provide some suggestions. The Video driver error could mean either you demand to reinstall your Graphics card drivers or update them to play the game. Do you lot accept other things running in the back related to Twitch or an overlay? Likewise, DOOM Eternal - Bethesda Support   become to this site and select What tin I do if Doom Eternal is crashing on PC? What Graphics card are you using, Nvidia or AMD?

Hi Kathy,

1. Entrada. I haven't tried other modes. (I tried - update below)
2. I've installed the game for the first time, and it never run without described issue.

3. I uninstalled Twitch Studio completely. I use OBS Studio, merely obviously, I tried running Doom with OBS studio closed. I don't have any other capturing/streaming software except Nvidia utils that are included in the GeForce experience suite and I don't use information technology.

iv. The simply thing I've tried was uninstalling Twitch, restarting PC, and updating graphics drivers. I besides tried to somehow connect my Microsoft account with Bethesda account merely I didn't find such option (I did discover e.g. EA account and was able to connect it, no Bethesda though)

I haven't establish any issues listed on Known Issues for Game Launches.

EDIT: I've just checked different modes. All modes behave exactly the same: when I endeavor inbound Bethesda account credentials, the game closes and a broken xbox "game user interface" shows up.

I haven't tried Bethesda support yet. I will mail service there also.

I already tried reinstalling the graphics driver. I have nvidia RTX 3070.

To be honest it doesn't seem like a problem with GPU: intro runs without any issues, the game closes not when screen changes (to possibly problematic scene or something) only when I click on the username or countersign input on Bethesda in-game login page.

It definitely seems similar the problem with that weird "game user interface" window with i unlabeled input, that opens up at the same time. I haven't tried entering something (similar e.one thousand. my email accost) in that window either because I take no idea what that window is.

Delight try the following suggestion, as I had user with a like issue with Doom.

Reinstall the Gaming Services app on your Windows ten/11 device:

  1. Select theSearch icon on the taskbar, blazonpowershell, correct-click onWindows PowerShell, and so selectRun as administrator.

  2. In Windows PowerShell, type the following control and printingEnter:

  3. get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

  4. In the aforementioned window, type the post-obit command and printingEnter:

  6. Install the app on that page and selectAye when you lot receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

  7. Restart your device and endeavor to install the game over again.
